First Lady Michelle Obama bring the #DNC2024 house down?! Now President Obama is bringing 🔥

Together with her husband, former President Barack Obama, former first lady Michelle Obama took center stage at the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday night to support Kamala Harris.

"Isn't there something wonderfully magical in the air?" Following her entrance at the United Center in Chicago, where her husband began his political career and where she grew up, Michelle Obama said.

She went on to say, "You know, we're feeling it here in this arena, but it's spreading across this country." A feeling that has been buried too deeply for far too long is a favorite of ours. You are aware of what I'm referring to. It's the infectious force of trust."

The opening message was a reference to Barack Obama's 2008 campaign slogan, which helped him become the first Black president.

Harris, who is only the second woman to ever be nominated for president by a major party, will try to be the first woman president.

Michelle Obama went on to say, "The anticipation, the energy, the exhilaration of once again being on the cusp of a brighter day." the chance to defeat the demons of fear, division, and hatred that have engulfed us and carry on pursuing the unfulfilled promise of this great nation—the dream that our ancestors fought, died, and sacrificed for—indefinitely. "America, hope is returning."

Despite her aversion to partisan politics, Michelle Obama is still one of the Democratic Party's most popular figures. Her popularity within the party is so high that when President Joe Biden had a difficult campaign this past year, she was mentioned as a possible replacement for him. despite the fact that she has repeatedly stated that she will not run for office.

She spoke to the convention for 20 minutes, demonstrating her star power. The crowd was riveted by her remarks, despite the fact that she has kept a relatively low profile this election cycle and has only appeared in a campaign video supporting Harris following Biden's withdrawal from the race.

She stated, "My girl Kamala Harris is more than ready for this moment." She is one of the most qualified candidates ever to run for president. She is also one of the most respectable."

She wanted to draw a comparison between Harris's past and that of Donald Trump, expecting him to make personal attacks against Harris in the same way that he did against the Obamas.

"Donald Trump did everything he could for years to try to make people afraid of us. "The existence of two hardworking, highly educated, successful, and Black individuals made him feel threatened," she stated. "His limited and narrow view of the world made him feel threatened."

"Who's going to inform him that the job he's looking for might just be one of those "Black jobs?"" "The crowd responded with thunderous applause," she continued. It's his usual scam: pursuing ugly, sexist, and racist lies in place of real ideas and solutions that will actually improve people's lives."

Similar to the warning that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton gave in her speech to the convention on Monday, Michelle Obama advised that, despite the fact that Harris' candidacy has reenergized the party, the matchup with Trump will still be a fight.

Michelle Obama stated, "We cannot get a Goldilocks complex about whether everything is just right." Instead of doing everything in our power to get someone like Kamala elected, we cannot allow our worries about whether this nation will elect someone like Kamala.

The previous first woman made an enticement for all citizens, paying little mind to ideological group, to stand up "support what we realize in our souls is correct."

After telling a story about Harris' mother telling her to "do something" instead of complaining, Michelle Obama made a similar appeal to those watching to help Harris win the election.

"Thus, take this as your official request: She stated, "Michelle Obama is asking you to do something." due to the fact that this will be close. In some states, the winner may be determined by a small number of votes cast in each precinct. Therefore, we must vote in such a way that there is no doubt. We must overcome any attempt to suppress us.

She said, "Our fate is in our hands."
